PRIDE OF THE PLAYGROUND: CELEBRATE YOUR SCHOOL HEROES

Every primary school is filled with young people who go the extra mile, whether they are supporting a friend, caring for the environment, or leading with kindness. Their everyday acts of goodness deserve to be seen and celebrated.

Pride of the Playground is a free, nationwide initiative designed to help you champion these quiet heroes. Inspired by the Pride of Britain Awards, we want to create a culture where kindness is the new standard.

Who makes your school a better place?

By taking part, you can give your pupils the chance to celebrate the kindness, courage and community spirit happening every day in your school — and be part of a nationwide celebration of the next generation of heroes alongside Pride of Britain.

Everything you need to run the initiative is included:

• Launch guide: Step-by-step instructions and assembly ideas.
• Award categories: Ready-to-use themes for your school.
• Entry forms: Simple templates for peer and teacher nominations.
• Certificate generator: Instant, school branded personalised certificates.

Join us in celebrating the pupils who bring kindness, leadership and courage to your corridors. Together, let’s celebrate good and inspire more of it. Download your pack to get started today.
