The Mirror’s Pride of Britain Awards, in partnership with TSB, is back for the nineteenth year to honor the nation’s unsung heroes and recognise the amazing achievements of ordinary people. 

HenPower was set up by the charity Equal Arts in 2011 with the aim of using hen-keeping to tackle social isolation, reduce depression and improve people’s wellbeing.

Last night celebrities from the world of film, football and TV joined the award winners at the Hogwart-esque Great Hall in the University of Birmingham for the Pride of Birmingham Awards in partnership with TSB.

Prime Minister Theresa May today sent her congratulations to the winners of the Pride of Birmingham Awards.

 

An inspirational charity that feeds the homeless has been honoured with a Pride of Birmingham Award.

 

When we announced our two regional award ceremonies at the start of the year we were inundated with inspirational stories of courage and bravery from Birmingham and across the North East.

Hot on the heels of our Pride of Birmingham announcement is the unveiling of our Pride of North East Awards in partnership with TSB.
